Founded in 2003 as a humble home-based enterprise named Vaishnavi Food Products, we quickly outgrew our roots with a strong commitment to quality and authentic taste.

In 2006, we shifted to Akot MIDC in Akola district (Maharashtra) to expand capacity and establish organized manufacturing.

To fuel further growth and leverage better connectivity, we established our state-of-the-art facility at Akola MIDC in 2016, officially launching as Rasoi Spices and Agro Processors.

We specialize in premium instant mixes, papads, spices, and food products under trusted brands FoodM and RASOI, serving households across India.

Led by Mr. Ashish Subhash Chandarana, with 31 years of marketing experience and 25 years in manufacturing, the company has grown under strong visionary leadership.

He was honored with the Best Entrepreneur of the Year 2011 award by Maharashtra’s Directorate of Industries.
